Enslow Park Presbyterian Church is searching for:

Office Manager


QUALFICATIONS: 
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Individual must have demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and data collection skills; must be flexible and self-motivated to initiate and complete tasks.


GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Managing office operations and communications; preparing sanctuary and worship services; creating worship bulletins, newsletters and other publications; collaborating with the pastor, staff and Session (church committees); scheduling building use; maintaining membership records; and performing receptionist duties. Changes in these specific duties are at the discretion of the Office Manager’s direct supervisors: the Pastor and Session.

 

HOURS: part-time position, in the church office Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. (20 hours per week) Flexibility of hours as needed, upon agreement of the direct supervisor.
 

SALARY: $15,600 per year, paid monthly. 
 

COMPENSATION: 10 paid holidays and vacation time based on EPPC’s Personnel Policies.
